At Long Mountain Centre our environment is very precious, with beautiful unspoilt views, and no noise or light pollution. You can get a stunning view of the bright starlit skies on a clear night. Please remember during you stay noise travels over the valley so respect other guests and our quiet place .(no music or noise)
Energy usage is carefully monitored and we would ask you to turn off all lights and appliances before you go out for the day to enjoy the spectacular scenery, outside lights are kept to a minimum This means there is no light pollution and you can get an amazing view of the night sky on a clear evening.

Which is why here at Long Mountain Centre, we have 3 dog friendly log cabins There are plenty of wonderful walks from the door or check out the local dog friendly places to visit , so your holiday can continue without leaving your best friend at home, as we are a working stables dogs must be kept on a lead .
